Setup

1. Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge your headset. Connect the USB-C end of the provided USB cable to the headset's USB-C port and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port or wall adapter). The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status.

2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator turns off.

3. Connecting via Bluetooth (Mobile Phone)

1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "EPOS Adapt 360" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the LED will flash blue.

4. Connecting via USB Dongle (PC/Softphone)

1. Plug the BTD 800 USB PC Dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
2. Power on your EPOS Adapt 360 headset.
3. The dongle and headset are pre-paired and should connect automatically. The LED on the dongle will turn solid blue when connected.
4. For optimal performance and customization, download and install the EPOS Connect software from the official EPOS website.

Operating Instructions

Headset Controls
