Setup and Installation

Follow these steps carefully for a secure installation. It is recommended to have two people for TV mounting.

Required Tools (Not Included):

Step 1: Attach TV Brackets to TV

  1. Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
  2. Identify the correct diameter and length of screws (M4, M6, or M8) that fit your TV's mounting holes. Use washers and spacers as needed to ensure a snug fit without overtightening.
  3. Attach the two TV brackets to the back of your TV using the selected screws. Ensure the brackets are centered and level, with the hooks facing downwards.

Step 2: Mount Wall Plate to Wall

  1. For Wood Stud Installation:
    • Use a stud finder to locate the edges of two adjacent wood studs. Mark the center of the studs. The mount is designed for 16-inch stud spacing.
    • Position the wall plate on the wall, ensuring it is level and centered at your desired height. Mark the pilot hole locations through the wall plate onto the studs.
    • Drill pilot holes (e.g., 7/32" or 5.5mm) into the center of the marked stud locations.
    • Secure the wall plate to the wall using the provided lag bolts and washers. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
  2. For Concrete/Brick Wall Installation:
    • Position the wall plate on the wall, ensuring it is level and centered at your desired height. Mark the pilot hole locations through the wall plate.
    • Drill pilot holes (e.g., 3/8" or 10mm) to a depth of approximately 2.36 inches (60mm) into the concrete or brick.
    • Insert the concrete anchors into the drilled holes until they are flush with the wall surface.
    • Secure the wall plate to the wall using the provided lag bolts and washers. Tighten firmly.
