Setup
The IRIS OHYAMA 2-Burner IH Cooking Heater is designed for easy setup without requiring special electrical work.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging.
- Placement: Place the unit on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance. The unit is designed to fit neatly into a standard gas stove space of approximately 60 cm width.

Operating Instructions
The appliance features a simple control panel with clear indicators for time and temperature settings, designed for ease of use. The buttons are slightly angled for comfortable pressing.
Power On/Off
- Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
Heat Adjustment (Heating Mode)
The left and right heaters have different heat settings:
- Left Heater: Offers 6 levels of heat adjustment, from approximately 100W equivalent to 1400W.
- Right Heater: Offers 4 levels of heat adjustment, from approximately 100W equivalent to 700W.
Cooking Modes
- Frying Mode: Available only on the left heater. This mode offers 6 oil temperature settings from approximately 150°C to 200°C, making it convenient for deep-frying. This mode cannot be used while the right heater is in operation.
- Boil Mode: Available only on the left heater. When water boils, a buzzer will sound, the heat will be reduced, and the water will be kept warm for 3 minutes before automatically turning off. This mode cannot be used while the right heater is in operation.
Timer Function
- The timer can be set from 1 minute up to 9 hours and 50 minutes.
- The timer cannot be used during Frying Mode or Automatic Boil Mode.
Compatible Cookware
The type of pot that can be used with an IH cooker varies depending on its material and size. For optimal performance and safety, we recommend using pots with the SG mark from the Product Safety Association foundation.
- Left Heater: Compatible with pots with a diameter of 12 cm to 26 cm.
- Right Heater: Compatible with pots with a diameter of 12 cm to 20 cm.
Maintenance and Cleaning
The flat glass top design allows for easy cleaning.
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the top plate with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent.
- For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for glass ceramic cooktops.
