Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Connect the USB charging cable to the device's charging port and a suitable USB power source. A full charge provides up to 8 hours of stimulation. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
  2. Connect Electrode Cables: Insert the color-coded electrode cables into the corresponding ports on the top of the Compex unit.
  3. Attach Electrodes: Connect the self-adhesive electrodes to the ends of the electrode cables. Ensure the electrodes are clean and have good adhesive properties.
  4. Prepare Skin: Clean and dry the skin area where electrodes will be placed. Remove any lotions, oils, or hair that may interfere with adhesion.
  5. Place Electrodes: Apply the electrodes firmly to the skin according to the recommended placement for your chosen program. Refer to the Compex electrode placement guide for specific muscle groups.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the central navigation button to turn the device on or off.
  2. Select a Program: Use the navigation button to scroll through the available programs on the LCD screen. The Compex Sport Elite 3.0 offers 10 programs: 2 Warm Up, 4 Strength, 3 Recovery, and 1 TENS program. Press the navigation button to select.
  3. Choose Placement: The device may guide you through electrode placement options for the selected program.
  4. Adjust Intensity: Once a program starts, use the navigation button to increase or decrease the intensity of the stimulation for each channel. Adjust the intensity to a comfortable yet effective level. The sensation should be strong but not painful.
  5. Monitor Progress: The LCD screen displays program duration and intensity levels.
  6. End Session: The program will automatically end after its set duration. You can manually stop a program by pressing and holding the navigation button to power off the device.
