Important Safety Information
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions: Familiarize yourself with the appliance's operation and safety features.
- Electrical Safety: Always unplug the blender from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning. Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
- Sharp Blades: Blades are sharp. Handle the Easy-Twist Extractor Blade with extreme care to avoid injury.

- Proper Use: Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Children: Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

- Pulse Function: Press and hold the "PULSE" button for short bursts of power. Release the button to stop. This is ideal for chopping ingredients or achieving a desired consistency.
Blending Tips:
- Do not overfill the pitcher or cups. Ensure ingredients are below the MAX fill line.
- For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
- If blending thick mixtures, use the tamper (with the pitcher) to push ingredients towards the blade, ensuring the lid is securely in place.
- Avoid continuous operation for more than 60 seconds at a time to prevent motor overheating. If the motor stops, allow it to cool down for 15 minutes before resuming use.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your NutriBullet Blender Combo.
- Unplug: Always unplug the motor base before cleaning.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Blades and Containers: The Easy-Twist Extractor Blade, pitcher, and cups are dishwasher-safe (top rack only). Alternatively, wash them with warm, soapy water. Use a brush to clean around the blades carefully.
- Stubborn Residue: For stubborn residue, fill the pitcher or cup with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Attach the blade (for cups) or lid (for pitcher) and run the blender for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
- Storage: Store the blender and its components in a clean, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your NutriBullet Blender Combo, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not turn on. | Not plugged in; not assembled correctly; power outage. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Verify the pitcher/cup is correctly seated and twisted clockwise to lock. Check your home's circuit breaker. |
| Motor stops during operation. | Overheating due to continuous use or too thick mixture. | Unplug the unit and allow the motor to cool down for at least 15 minutes. Reduce ingredients or add more liquid for thick mixtures. Do not operate for more than 60 seconds continuously. |
| Ingredients are not blending smoothly. | Too little liquid; ingredients too large; air pocket around blade. | Add more liquid. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Use the tamper (with pitcher) or briefly remove and shake the cup to dislodge ingredients. Use the Pulse function. |
| Leakage from the pitcher/cup. | Lid not secured; blade not tightened (for cups); overfilling. | Ensure the pitcher lid is properly sealed and the vented cap is in place. For cups, ensure the Easy-Twist Extractor Blade is tightly screwed on. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. |
