5. Safety Information

  • Always disconnect power from your PC before installing or performing maintenance on any components.
  • Handle fans and cables with care to avoid damage.
  • Ensure proper cable management to prevent interference with moving parts and to maintain good airflow.
  • Do not attempt to modify the fans or control hub, as this may void your warranty and cause damage.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

6. Setup & Installation

6.1 Fan Placement

Determine the optimal placement for your fans within your PC case for effective airflow. Common placements include front (intake), rear (exhaust), top (exhaust), and bottom (intake). Ensure the fan's airflow direction (indicated by arrows on the fan frame) matches your desired setup.

6.2 Mounting Fans

  1. Align each fan with the desired mounting holes on your PC case, radiator, or CPU cooler.
  2. Secure the fans using the provided mounting screws. Do not overtighten.
  3. The fans are equipped with shock-absorbing silicone pads on the corners to minimize vibration and noise.

6.3 Connecting to the Control Hub

  1. Connect the 3-pin fan cables from each upHere fan to the corresponding ports on the fan control hub. Ensure the connectors are securely seated.
  2. Connect the SATA power cable from your PC's power supply unit (PSU) to the fan control hub. This provides power to all connected fans and RGB lighting.
  3. For motherboard ARGB synchronization, connect the 5V ARGB cable from the control hub to a compatible 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard. (Note: Do not connect to a 12V RGB header, as this will damage the LEDs.)

8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the fan blades and frame to prevent dust buildup, which can reduce cooling efficiency and increase noise. Use a soft, dry cloth or compressed air. Ensure the PC is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Connection Check: Periodically check all cable connections (fan to hub, SATA power, ARGB sync) to ensure they are secure and free from damage.
  • Bearing Longevity: The hydraulic bearing is designed for long-term, maintenance-free operation. Avoid applying lubricants or disassembling the fan bearing.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Fans not spinning:
    • Ensure the fan control hub is correctly connected to the PSU via the SATA power cable.
    • Check if individual fan cables are securely connected to the control hub.
    • Verify that the PC is powered on.
  • RGB lights not working:
    • Ensure the fan control hub is receiving power via SATA.
    • Check if the ARGB cable from the fan hub is correctly connected to a 5V 3-pin ARGB header on the motherboard (if using sync mode).
    • If using remote control, ensure the remote has a working battery and is pointed towards the hub. Try pressing the 'ON' button.
    • If in motherboard sync mode, ensure your motherboard's RGB software is running and configured correctly.
    • Press the 'M/B' button on the remote to toggle between remote and motherboard control.
  • Fans are too loud:
    • Adjust fan speed using the remote control's 'FAN+'/'FAN-' buttons.
    • Ensure fans are securely mounted and the silicone pads are in place to reduce vibration.
    • Check for any obstructions to the fan blades.
  • Inconsistent lighting/colors:
    • Ensure all ARGB connections are firm.
    • If using motherboard sync, check your motherboard's RGB software settings.
    • If using remote, try resetting the mode or selecting a specific color.
