Assembly Instructions
Most screws are pre-installed in their respective positions to simplify assembly. Remove them before attaching parts, then re-insert to secure.
- Attach Casters to Star Base: Insert each caster into the holes at the end of the star base legs until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base. Cover it with the gas lift cover.
- Attach Tilt Mechanism to Seat Base: Align the tilt mechanism with the screw holes on the underside of the seat base. Secure with the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
- Attach Armrests to Seat Base: Secure the armrests to the seat base using the designated screws.
- Attach Backrest to Seat Base: Align the backrest with the mounting brackets on the seat base. Secure with screws.
- Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder. Apply downward pressure to secure.
- Attach Cushions: Position the neck and lumbar cushions as desired. The lumbar cushion typically attaches with straps around the backrest.
Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. Pull the lever up while seated to lower the chair, or pull it up while standing to raise it. Release the lever at the desired height.
Tilt Mechanism (Tilttech Gear & Swing)
The chair features a tilt mechanism allowing for various recline angles up to 160 degrees. Use the lever on the left side to adjust the backrest angle. The Tilttech Swing function allows for rocking motion; engage or disengage this feature using the knob or lever located beneath the seat.

3D Adjustable Armrests (Armtech Hybrid)
The armrests can be adjusted in three dimensions: height, forward/backward, and rotation. Use the buttons or levers on the armrests to unlock and adjust to your preferred position. Release to lock.

Neck and Lumbar Cushions (X-Pillow)
The memory foam neck and lumbar cushions provide additional support. Adjust their position along the backrest to align with the natural curve of your spine and neck for optimal ergonomic posture.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Spot clean the faux leather and fabric upholstery with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
