4. Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your YARD FORCE electric saw for use:

1. Charge the Battery: Connect the charger to a power outlet and insert the 24V lithium-ion battery. A full charge takes approximately 80 minutes. The battery has an indicator lamp to show remaining charge.
2. Attach the Blade: Select the appropriate blade (branch cutting or bamboo cutting). Insert the blade into the saw head until it clicks into place. No tools are required for blade attachment. Ensure the blade is securely fastened before use.
3. Install the Battery: Slide the charged battery into the battery slot on the main unit until it locks.
4. Attach Shoulder Belt: Connect the shoulder belt to the designated attachment points on the saw for improved balance and reduced fatigue during extended use.
5. Adjust Pole Length: The pole can be extended from approximately 162cm to 305cm. Unlock the extension lock bar, adjust to the desired length, and securely lock it in place.

   • Be aware that cutting very soft or flexible branches may be challenging due to the reciprocating action.
3. Working at Height: When cutting high branches, maintain a safe distance from the cutting area. Use the binding nylon rope to control the fall direction of cut branches if needed.
4. Battery Life: A fully charged battery provides approximately 35 minutes of continuous operation (under no-load conditions). Monitor the battery indicator and recharge as needed.
