4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the nail grinder. The device features fast charging technology and a high-capacity battery.

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the grinder's charging port.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a power adapter, computer/PC, car charger, or power bank.
3. The LCD display will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours and provides 4-5 hours of continuous operation.

4.2 Preparing for Use

Ensure your pet is calm and comfortable before starting the grooming process. Introduce the grinder slowly to your pet, allowing them to get used to its sound and vibration.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Selecting the Grinding Port

The protective sleeve features three different grinding ports to accommodate various pet sizes:

• Port 1: For small-sized pets.
• Port 2: For medium-sized pets.
• Port 3: For large-sized pets and fast grinding.

Choose the appropriate port based on your pet's nail size.

5.2 Powering On and Speed Selection

1. Press the power button to turn on the grinder.
2. The device offers two speed settings: 6500 RPM and 7500 RPM. Press the speed selection button to toggle between the two speeds.
3. Select the appropriate speed based on your pet's nail hardness and your comfort level. The higher speed (7500 RPM) is suitable for harder nails or faster grinding, while the lower speed (6500 RPM) is ideal for softer nails or more precise work.

5.3 Grinding Technique

1. Gently hold your pet's paw and isolate the nail you wish to grind.
2. Carefully insert the nail into the chosen grinding port.
3. Apply light pressure and grind the nail for only a few seconds at a time. This prevents overheating and allows you to check your progress to avoid the quick.
4. Repeat the process for each nail, gradually shaping it to the desired length.
5. After grinding, ensure the nail edges are smooth.

The grinder operates with low noise (below 46 dB) and low vibration, which helps keep pets calm during grooming.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Grinding Head

Regular cleaning of the grinding head is essential for optimal performance and hygiene.

1. Turn off the device before cleaning.
2. Gently remove the protective sleeve.
3. Use a soft brush or cloth to remove any nail dust or debris from the diamond grinding bit and the inside of the protective sleeve.
4. Do not use water or harsh chemicals to clean the grinding bit.
5. Reattach the protective sleeve securely after cleaning.

6.2 Storage

Store the nail grinder in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure it is fully charged before storing for extended periods to preserve battery life.
