Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the trash can from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Position the trash can in your desired location. Its slim, space-saving shape is ideal for tight spots, such as between cabinets.
- Liner Installation:
- Lift the stainless steel liner rim upwards.
- Place a simplehuman Code N custom fit liner (or a standard 13-gallon trash bag) into the inner bucket. Ensure the bag's top edge is neatly tucked under the liner rim.
- Lower the liner rim back down. This action grips the liner, holding it tightly in place and keeping it neatly out of sight.

Operating Instructions
- Opening the Lid: Gently step on the strong steel pedal located at the base of the trash can. The lid will open smoothly.
- Silent Close: Release the pedal. The lid shox technology will control the motion of the lid, ensuring a slow, silent close without slamming.
- Changing the Trash Bag:
- Lift the stainless steel liner rim.
- Remove the full trash bag from the inner bucket.
- Replace with a new liner as described in the Setup section.

Maintenance
