4. Setup

1. Placing the Bowl: Position the 3.5-quart stainless steel bowl onto the base of the mixer. Rotate the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into the base. The bowl features grooves on its bottom that align with the base for a stable fit.
2. Attaching Accessories:
   • Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
   • Push the tilt-head lock lever to the 'unlock' position and tilt the motor head back.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Plug the mixer into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Speed Control: The mixer features a 10-speed slide control located on the side of the motor head. Slide the lever to select your desired speed, from 'Stir' (lowest) to '10' (highest), depending on your recipe's requirements.
3. Attachment Hub: The front power hub allows for the connection of various optional attachments (sold separately), such as pasta makers, grinders, or ice cream makers. To use, simply remove the hub cover and insert the attachment, securing it with the thumbscrew.
