2. Camera Installation and Connection

The cameras are pre-paired with the NVR for wireless connection. Each camera requires a power supply.

  1. Choose suitable locations for your cameras, ensuring they are within range of a power outlet and have a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.
  2. Mount the cameras securely using the provided screws and anchors.
  3. Connect each camera to its respective power adapter. The cameras will automatically connect to the NVR.
  4. Verify the camera feeds appear on the NVR monitor. If a camera does not connect, ensure it is powered on and within wireless range. You can use the repeater technology to extend the WiFi distance if needed.

3. Network Connection (for Remote Viewing)

To enable remote viewing via smartphone or computer, the NVR must be connected to your home network.

  • Wireless Connection: On the NVR interface, navigate to Network settings and select your WiFi network. Enter the password to connect.
  • Wired Connection: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the NVR's LAN port and the other end to your router.

Once connected, download the "Eseecloud" app on your smartphone (Android/iPhone) or install the client software on your computer (Windows PC). Register an account and add your NVR using its Cloud ID, typically found at the bottom of the NVR screen or in the system information.

Operating Instructions

1. Live View and Recording

The NVR provides a live view of all connected cameras on its integrated monitor. You can switch between single-camera view and multi-camera grid view. The pre-installed 3TB HDD supports 24/7 continuous recording or motion-only recording. With H.265+ video compression, the system can store approximately 90 days of continuous footage.

2. Remote Viewing

Using the "Eseecloud" app or PC software, you can view live feeds, playback recorded footage, and manage settings from anywhere with an internet connection. The app is compatible with Windows PC, Android, and iPhone devices.

3. Motion Detection and Alerts

The system features motion detection with the ability to send instant notifications to your smartphone app or email when motion is detected. You can customize motion detection areas and schedules to focus on specific zones and times, reducing false alarms.

Regularly check camera lenses for dirt or obstructions and clean them gently with a soft cloth to ensure clear image quality. Ensure all power connections remain secure.

Troubleshooting

  • No Camera Feed:
    • Ensure the camera is powered on and its power adapter is securely connected.
    • Check the wireless signal strength between the camera and the NVR. If the signal is weak, consider repositioning the camera or using the repeater function.
    • Verify the camera is paired with the NVR. If not, re-pair it according to the setup instructions.
  • Poor Image Quality:
    • Clean the camera lens.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions in the camera's field of view.
    • Check for strong interference sources near the camera or NVR.
  • Motion Detection Alerts Delayed/Not Received:
    • Ensure the NVR is connected to the internet.
    • Check app notification settings on your smartphone and within the Eseecloud app.
    • Verify motion detection settings (area, sensitivity, schedule) on the NVR.
  • "No TF Card found" Error:
    • This system uses a pre-installed 3TB HDD for storage, not a TF card. If this message appears, it may indicate an issue with the hard drive or NVR software. Try restarting the NVR. If the issue persists, contact technical support.
  • Remote Playback Issues on Laptop:
    • Some users have reported that the PC client software might only allow live viewing and not playback on laptops. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Eseecloud software. For full functionality, the smartphone app is generally more comprehensive.
