4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Variable Speed Trigger

The drill/driver features a variable speed trigger. Pressing the trigger further increases the speed from 0 to 600 RPM. This allows for precise control over drilling and driving applications.

4.2 Forward/Reverse Selector

Located above the trigger, the forward/reverse selector controls the direction of rotation. Push the selector to the left for forward (clockwise) rotation and to the right for reverse (counter-clockwise) rotation. Center position locks the trigger for safety.

4.3 Clutch Settings

The 24-position clutch ring, located behind the chuck, allows you to adjust the torque output. Lower numbers provide less torque, suitable for driving small screws or working with soft materials. Higher numbers provide more torque for larger screws or harder materials. The drill icon setting is for drilling applications, providing maximum torque without clutch slippage.

  1. Rotate the clutch ring to select the desired torque setting.
  2. For drilling, set the clutch ring to the drill icon.

4.4 LED Work Light

The integrated LED light illuminates the work surface when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dimly lit areas.

  • Cleaning: Keep the tool's air vents clear and free of debris. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down the tool. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store batteries in a discharged state for extended periods.
