11. Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Ensure the amplifier is turned ON and the volume knob is adjusted.
- Check that headphones are securely plugged into the 3.5mm output jack.
- Verify that the audio source is playing and its volume is not muted or too low.
- If using 3.5mm AUX input, ensure the cable is fully inserted into both the amplifier and the source device.
- If using Type-C input, ensure your device recognizes the amplifier as an audio output device.
- Distorted Sound / Noise:
- Reduce the volume on both the amplifier and the audio source.
- Ensure the gain switch (H/L) is set appropriately for your headphones.
- Avoid using the 3.5mm AUX input simultaneously with charging, as this may introduce noise.
- Test with different audio cables and headphones to rule out faulty accessories.
- Device Not Turning On / Not Charging:
- Ensure the battery is not completely drained. If fully discharged, it may take a few minutes of charging before the power indicator lights up.
- Try a different USB Type-C cable and a different 5V USB power source.
- Ensure the Power/Volume knob is rotated past the 'OFF' click position.
