Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your fog machine for proper setup and operation.

Figure 1: Product Components (Handle, Tank, Fog Outlet, ON/OFF Switch, Fuse, Oil Level)
- Handle: Designed for easy portability and carrying.
- Tank: The reservoir for holding fog fluid.
- Fog Outlet: The point from which the fog is emitted.
- ON/OFF Switch: Controls the main power to the unit.
- Fuse: A safety component that protects the electrical circuit.
- Oil Level Indicator: Provides a visual indication of the current fluid level in the tank.
Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the fog machine on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.
- Fill Tank: Unscrew the cap of the fluid tank and carefully pour high-quality, water-based fog solution into the tank. Do not overfill. The machine has an auto-off feature if the oil runs out, preventing damage.

- Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the machine's power input, then connect the other end to a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The machine will begin its warm-up cycle.
- Warm-up: Allow 2-3 minutes for the machine to warm up. The red indicator light on the remote control will illuminate when heating is successful and the machine is ready to emit fog.
- Emit Fog:
- Wireless Remote Control: Use the wireless remote for convenient operation. Press button A for 30 seconds of fog, B for 60 seconds, or C for 80 seconds. Press button D to stop the fog emission. The red indicator light on the remote will confirm successful heating.
- Manual Control: Press the manual control button on the machine itself. Press once to run for 80 seconds, then the machine will heat for 40 seconds. Press again to stop the emission.

Figure 3: Wireless Remote Control Functions
- Continuous Spray (AUTO MODE): When the AUTO MODE button is pressed, after the initial warm-up, the machine will spray fog for 25 seconds continuously. It will then automatically heat up again for the next 25-second fog spray loop, repeating the cycle.
- Cool Down: After use, turn off the machine using the ON/OFF switch and allow it to cool down completely before storing.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure no liquids enter the internal components.
- Fluid System: To prevent clogging and ensure longevity, run distilled water through the machine periodically (e.g., after every 10 hours of operation or before long-term storage). This helps flush out any residue from the fog fluid.
- Storage: Store the machine in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the fluid tank is either empty or securely sealed to prevent leaks.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No fog output | No fluid in tank, machine not fully warmed up, clogged nozzle, power issue. | Refill tank with fog fluid, wait for the red indicator light to turn on, clean the nozzle, check power connection and fuse. |
| Weak fog output | Low fluid level, insufficient warm-up, use of incorrect or diluted fluid. | Ensure tank is adequately filled, allow sufficient warm-up time, use only recommended high-quality fog fluid. |
| Remote control not working | Remote battery is dead, remote is out of range, signal interference. | Replace the remote control battery, move closer to the fog machine, ensure no large obstructions are between the remote and machine. |
| Machine stops unexpectedly | Fluid tank is empty (auto-off), machine is overheating (auto-off). | Refill the fluid tank. If overheating, turn off the machine, unplug it, and allow it to cool down in a well-ventilated area before resuming operation. |
