3. Setup Guide
3.1 Connecting the Receiver
- Connect to TV: Use the provided HDMI cable to connect the HDMI 2.0a output port on the receiver to an HDMI input port on your television.
- Connect to Network: Connect an Ethernet cable from your router or network switch to the LAN port on the receiver for internet access.
- Connect IR Receiver (Optional): If you plan to hide the receiver, connect the external IR infrared receiver to the LED/IR port on the side of the unit. Position the IR receiver in a location where it has a clear line of sight to your remote control.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC-12V power input on the receiver, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- USB Devices: You can connect USB storage devices or other peripherals to the USB 3.0 (rear) or USB 2.0 (side) ports.

3.2 Remote Control Battery Installation
The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-), and close the compartment.

3.3 Initial Power On
After connecting all cables, turn on your television and select the correct HDMI input. The receiver will automatically power on and begin the boot process. Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup, including language selection and network configuration.
