Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for proper assembly. A detailed installation video is available for visual guidance.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
2. Assemble Desk Frame: Attach the lifting columns to the foot supports using the provided screws and tools. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Attach Desktop: Place the desktop upside down on a soft, protective surface. Align the desk frame with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the desktop. Secure the frame to the desktop using the provided screws. Note: Some users may need to drill two additional pilot holes for the middle of the desk if not pre-drilled. Use a hand screwdriver for final tightening to avoid overtightening.
4. Install Control Panel: Mount the control panel to the underside of the desktop in the designated area. Connect the necessary cables from the control panel to the motor and power supply.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the desk's control box and then into a wall outlet.
6. Initial Reset (First Use): After connecting power, perform an initial reset. Press and hold the "Down" button until the desk reaches its lowest position, then release. The desk may move slightly up and down to calibrate.
7. Attach Headphone Hook: Secure the headphone hook to the side of the desk as desired.

Operating Instructions

Your FLEXISPOT EN1 desk features an intuitive control panel for height adjustment and memory presets.

Basic Operation:

• Adjusting Height: Use the ▲ and ▼ arrows on the control panel to raise or lower the desk to your desired height. The current height will be displayed on the LED panel.
• Height Range: The desk can be adjusted from a minimum height of 28.9 inches to a maximum height of 46.5 inches.
• Quiet Operation: The motor operates quietly, with noise levels below 50 dB.

Memory Presets:

The desk allows you to save up to four preferred height settings for quick recall.

1. Set a Memory Position: Adjust the desk to your desired height. Press the "M" button (or the button with a person icon) followed by one of the numbered memory buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4). The display will show "S-" followed by the number, indicating the position is saved.
2. Recall a Memory Position: Press the corresponding numbered memory button (1, 2, 3, or 4) to automatically move the desk to the saved height.

Note: The motor has a protection mechanism that may temporarily stop operation after continuous use (e.g., 2 minutes) to prevent overheating. If this occurs, wait approximately 15 minutes for the motor to cool down before resuming operation.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and smooth operation of your desk.

• Cleaning: Wipe the desktop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Cable Management: Periodically check and organize cables to prevent tangling or interference with the desk's movement. The desk includes a headphone hook which can also be used for cable management.
• Lubrication: The lifting columns are generally maintenance-free. Do not apply lubricants unless specifically instructed by customer support.
• Weight Distribution: Distribute weight evenly across the desktop to prevent strain on the motor and frame.
