5. Installation Instructions
The Ensenior recessed lights are designed for hassle-free installation in both retrofit and new construction projects. Only 2 inches of ceiling space is required.
- Cut a Hole: Use the provided 1:1 hole template to mark and cut a hole in the ceiling. The recommended hole size is between 6.22 inches (15.8 cm) and 6.6 inches (16.8 cm).
- Connect Wiring: Open the junction box and connect the household wiring (black to black, white to white, green to ground) to the wires inside the junction box using the UL-certified push-in connectors.
- Connect Light Panel: Connect the male/female cable from the junction box to the corresponding cable on the LED light panel. Ensure a secure connection.
- Mount Light: Push the junction box into the ceiling opening. Then, push the LED light panel into the ceiling, ensuring the spring clips firmly secure it in place.
