2. Important Safety Instructions

The control panel features a central rotary dial for selecting cooking functions and indicators for 'POWER', 'KEEP WARM (RED)', and 'ECO (GREEN)'.
- Cooking Functions: Rice, Soup, Gruel, Rib, Tendons, Fish. Each function has a preset cooking time.
- Keep Warm: Automatically activates after cooking or can be selected manually.
- ECO: Energy-saving mode.
5.2 General Cooking Steps
- Prepare Ingredients: Place your ingredients and the required amount of liquid into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Place Inner Pot: Insert the inner pot into the main unit, ensuring it sits correctly.
- Close and Lock Lid: Place the lid on the cooker, align the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the main unit, and rotate clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the steam release valve is set to the 'Sealing' position (if applicable, or closed).
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The 'POWER' indicator will illuminate.
- Select Function: Turn the central rotary dial to select your desired cooking function (e.g., Rice, Soup, Rib). The corresponding indicator will light up.
- Start Cooking: The cooker will automatically begin the preheating and cooking process.
- Pressure Release: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will beep and automatically switch to 'KEEP WARM'. To release pressure, press the one-touch exhaust button carefully. Always keep hands and face away from the steam release valve.
- Open Lid: Once all pressure has been released and the float valve has dropped, rotate the lid counter-clockwise and open it.
