2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging. Assembling is tool-free.
2. Placement: Place the air cooler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow.
3. Filling the Water Tank:
   • Pull out the 6.0-liter water tank from the back or bottom of the unit.
   • Fill the tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the "MAX" water level indicator.
   • For enhanced cooling, place the two provided ice packs in a freezer until frozen. Once frozen, add them directly into the water tank.
   • Slide the water tank back into the unit until it is securely in place. The unit has a water refill alarm.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

The Toyomi AC 2902 can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control. The remote control has an effective range of up to 8 meters.

5.2 Basic Operation

1. Power On/Off: Press the "POWER" button to turn the unit on or off.
2. Fan Speed: Press the "SPEED" button to cycle through different fan speeds (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
3. Mode Selection: Press the "MODE" button to select different operating modes (e.g., Normal, Natural, Sleep).
4. Humidifier Function: Press the "HUMIDIFIER" or "COOL" button to activate the humidifying function. This function uses water from the tank to cool and humidify the air. The humidifier and fan can be used separately or together. Continuous misting can last up to 48 hours on a full tank.
5. Oscillation: Press the "SWING" or "OSC" button to activate the oscillation feature, which allows the unit to swing horizontally to distribute air more widely.

5.3 Timer Setting

The timer function allows you to set the operating duration of the air cooler. You can set the timer from 0.5 hours to 7.5 hours.

1. Press the "TIMER" button repeatedly to select the desired operating time. Each press will increase the time in 0.5-hour increments.
2. The selected time will be displayed on the unit's screen. The unit will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air cooler.

1. Cleaning the Exterior:
   • Before cleaning, always unplug the unit from the power outlet.
   • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
2. Cleaning the Water Tank:
   • Empty and clean the water tank regularly, especially if the unit is not used for an extended period.
   • Remove the water tank, rinse it with clean water, and wipe it dry.
   • To prevent mold and mildew, ensure the tank is completely dry before storing or refilling.
3. Cleaning the Air Filter:
   • Locate the air filter at the back of the unit.
   • Carefully remove the filter and rinse it under running water.
   • Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.
4. Storage: When storing the air cooler for a long period, ensure the water tank is empty and clean, and the unit is dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
