1. Product Overview

Welcome to the official instruction manual for the Hasbro Monopoly Star Wars The Mandalorian F2013 board game. 2. Game Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your Monopoly Star Wars The Mandalorian game for play:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all game components from the box. Verify that all pieces listed in the "Components" section are present.
2. Set Up the Game Board: Unfold the game board and place it on a flat surface.
3. Separate Cards: Separate the "Bounty Hunter" cards and "Imperial Credits" cards into two distinct piles. Shuffle each pile and place them face down on their designated spaces on the game board.
4. Place Title Deed Cards: Place the Title Deed cards next to their corresponding properties on the game board.
5. Banker Selection: Each player rolls both dice. The player with the highest total becomes the Banker. The Banker is responsible for managing the bank's money, properties, and structures. The Banker may also play, but must keep their personal funds separate from the bank's.

3. How to Play

The objective of Monopoly Star Wars The Mandalorian is to be the last player remaining with money and properties, driving all other players into bankruptcy.

3.1. Taking a Turn

1. Roll the Dice: On your turn, roll both dice and move your character token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated by the dice.
2. Landing on a Space: The action you take depends on the space you land on:
   • Unowned Property: You may buy the property from the Bank for the price printed on that space. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it off to the highest bidder.
   • Owned Property: If another player owns the property, you must pay them rent as indicated on their Title Deed card. Rent increases if the property has Hideouts or Common Houses.
   • Bounty Hunter or Imperial Credits: Draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions.
   • Go: If you pass or land on "GO", collect 200 Imperial Credits from the Bank.
   • Jail: If you land on "Go to Jail", move your token directly to the "Jail" space. You do not collect 200 Imperial Credits for passing GO.
   • Free Parking: No action is taken.
   • Taxes: Pay the specified tax amount to the Bank.
3. Doubles: If you roll doubles, take your turn as usual, then roll the dice again and take another turn. If you roll doubles three times in a row, you must immediately go to Jail.
4. End of Turn: Once you have completed your action, your turn ends, and play passes to the player on your left.

3.2. Buying and Building

• Buying Properties: When you land on an unowned property, you can buy it for the price listed on the board. You receive the Title Deed card.
• Monopolies: When you own all properties of a color group, you have a monopoly. You can then build Hideouts and Common Houses on those properties.
• Building Hideouts: You can build Hideouts on properties in a complete color group. You must build evenly, meaning you cannot build a second Hideout on a property until all properties in that group have one Hideout. The cost is listed on the Title Deed card.
• Building Common Houses: Once you have four Hideouts on each property in a color group, you can upgrade them to a Common House. Return the four Hideouts to the bank and pay the Common House cost. You can only have one Common House per property.

3.3. Selling Properties and Mortgaging

• Selling Hideouts/Common Houses: You can sell Hideouts and Common Houses back to the Bank for half the price you paid for them. You must sell evenly.
• Mortgaging Properties: If you need money, you can mortgage properties. Turn the Title Deed card face down and collect the mortgage value from the Bank. Mortgaged properties do not collect rent. To unmortgage, pay the mortgage value plus 10% interest.

3.4. Bankruptcy and Winning

• Bankruptcy: If you owe more money than you can pay, even after selling all your buildings and mortgaging all your properties, you are bankrupt and out of the game. All your properties are turned over to the player you owe money to, or to the Bank if you owe the Bank.
• Winning: The last player remaining in the game, after all other players have gone bankrupt, is the winner!
