  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging Base Placement

Place the charging base against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 1 meter (3 feet) of clear space to the front and 0.5 meters (1.5 feet) to the sides of the charging base. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and plug it into a wall outlet.

4.2 Initial Charge

Place the robot onto the charging base, ensuring the charging contacts align. For first-time use, charge the robot for at least 5-6 hours to ensure the battery is fully conditioned.

4.3 Installing Side Brushes

Attach the side brushes by pressing them onto the posts at the bottom of the robot until they click into place. Ensure the 'L' and 'R' markings on the brushes match the corresponding markings on the robot.

4.4 Using Boundary Strips

The included boundary strip can be used to create virtual walls, preventing the robot from entering specific areas. Cut the strip to the desired length and place it flat on the floor. Ensure the robot's sensors can detect the strip.

5. Operation

5.1 Starting a Clean

Press the 'CLEAN' button on the robot or the remote control to start cleaning in Auto mode. The robot will automatically adjust its suction power based on the floor type.

5.2 Cleaning Modes

5.3 Carpet Boost Technology

The robot automatically detects carpets and increases suction power to its maximum level (2000Pa) for a more thorough clean on carpeted surfaces, then reduces suction on hard floors (1500Pa) to conserve battery.

5.4 Mopping Function (Optional)

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.

6.1 Cleaning the Dustbin and Filter

  1. Press the dustbin release button and pull out the dustbin.
  2. Open the dustbin cover and empty its contents.
  3. Remove the high-efficiency filter and foam filter. Tap them gently to remove dust. Do not wash the high-efficiency filter with water.
  4. Rinse the dustbin and foam filter with water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.

6.2 Cleaning Side Brushes

Periodically check the side brushes for tangled hair or debris. Use the cleaning tool to cut and remove any entangled material. If brushes are worn, replace them.

6.3 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts

Wipe the anti-drop sensors, infrared sensors, and charging contacts on both the robot and the charging base with a clean, dry cloth. This ensures proper navigation and charging.
