6. Operating Instructions

The XPower FM-48 offers simple controls for fan speed and misting functionality.

1. Turn On/Off: Rotate the control dial to the 'OFF' position to turn the unit off. Rotate it clockwise to positions '1', '2', or '3' to turn the fan on at different speeds.
2. Adjust Fan Speed: The unit has three adjustable speeds. Select '1' for low, '2' for medium, and '3' for high airflow (up to 600 CFM).
3. Activate Misting: Once the fan is running, turn on the water supply from your garden hose. The four 0.3mm nozzles will begin to disperse a fine mist, reducing the ambient temperature by up to 25 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Deactivate Misting: To stop misting, turn off the water supply from your garden hose. The fan can continue to operate for air circulation without mist.
5. Adjust Direction: Manually adjust the angle of the fan using the pivot stand to direct airflow and mist as desired.
