Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are seated correctly to make contact with the charging pins. The LED display on the case will show the charging status of each earbud.
2. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB cable. The LED display will show the charging progress of the case.
3. Allow the case and earbuds to charge until the display indicates 100% for both.

2. Pairing with a Device

The earbuds support one-step stable pairing via Bluetooth 5.1.

1. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds simultaneously. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "S20" from the list.
4. Once connected, you will hear a voice prompt confirming the connection.

3. Finding the Right Fit

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the ear tips that best fit your ears. The earbuds come with various sizes. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them.

Operating Instructions

1. Touch Controls

The earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls for various functions:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.

2. Power On/Off

• Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case. They will power on automatically.
• Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case. They will power off automatically and begin charging.
• Manual Power Off: Press and hold the touch area on either earbud for approximately 5 seconds.

3. Single Earbud Mode

You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply remove one earbud from the case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used later.

4. Water Resistance (IPX7)

The earbuds are rated IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. They are resistant to sweat and rain, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. Note: The charging case is not waterproof.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Remove ear tips and clean them with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.

2. Storage

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing with each other: Ensure both earbuds are removed from the charging case simultaneously when initiating pairing. If only one earbud connects, place both back in the case, close it, then reopen and remove both again.
• Earbuds not charging: Verify that the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case and that the charging contacts are clean. Ensure the charging case itself has sufficient battery or is connected to a power source.
• Sound cutting out or unstable connection: Ensure your device is within the Bluetooth range (up to 10 meters) and there are no significant obstructions. Try re-pairing the earbuds with your device.
• One earbud not working/charging: Check the charging contact for that specific earbud and ensure it's clean and making proper contact in the case.
• No sound: Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
