Operating Instructions
Speed Control and Turbo Function
The mixer features a 5-speed dial and a Turbo function for optimal mixing control.
- Plug In: Connect the mixer to a standard electrical outlet.
- Select Speed: Use the slide control to select the desired speed from 1 to 5. Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, especially when mixing dry ingredients.
- Turbo Mode: For an extra burst of power, press and hold the "TURBO" button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
- Mixing Guidelines:
- Speed 1-2: Ideal for mixing liquids, folding ingredients, and gently combining dough.
- Speed 3: Suitable for mixing butter, stirring pudding, and preparing baby food or fruit juice.
- Speed 4: Use for salads and milkshakes.
- Speed 5: Best for whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters.
- Operation Time: To prevent overheating, the maximum continuous operation time should not exceed 5 minutes. Allow a minimum of 20 minutes rest between two mixing cycles.
- After Use: Once mixing is complete, set the speed dial to "0" and unplug the mixer from the outlet before removing attachments.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Mueller Electric Hand Mixer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Mixer Does Not Turn On:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the speed dial is set to a speed other than "0".
- Attachments Do Not Stay In:
- Ensure attachments are fully inserted until they click into place.
- Verify that the mixer is unplugged before inserting or removing attachments.
- Mixer Overheats or Stops During Use:
- The mixer has a 250W motor. Avoid exceeding the maximum continuous operation time of 5 minutes. Allow the mixer to rest for at least 20 minutes between uses to cool down.
- Ensure the ingredients are not too dense or heavy for a hand mixer. For very thick doughs, a stand mixer may be more appropriate.
- Excessive Splashing:
- Always start mixing at the lowest speed (Speed 1) and gradually increase as needed.
- Use a deep mixing bowl to contain ingredients.
If problems persist, please contact Mueller customer support.
