Setup & Installation
Follow these steps to install your SunRider Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixture. Ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker before starting.
Step 1: Prepare for Installation
- Turn off power at the main circuit breaker.
- Remove your existing light fixture (if any) and its mounting bracket.
- Carefully pull the electrical wires from the junction box.
Step 2: Attach the Mounting Bracket
Secure the new mounting bracket to the junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
Step 3: Connect the Wires
Connect the fixture's wires to the house wires using the provided wire nuts:
- Connect the green or bare copper ground wire from the fixture to the house ground wire.
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) house wire.
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (hot) house wire.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.

Step 4: Attach the Fixture Base
Align the fixture base with the mounting bracket and secure it with the decorative nuts or screws provided.
Step 5: Install the Bulb
Screw an E26 medium base bulb (max 100W, not included) into the socket. We recommend an Edison-style LED bulb for aesthetic and energy efficiency.

Step 6: Install the Glass Shade
Carefully place the seeded glass shade over the bulb and secure it to the fixture base according to the instructions. Ensure it is stable and not loose.

Operating Instructions
Once installed, restore power at the circuit breaker. Your SunRider light fixture is now ready for use. It is compatible with E26 medium base bulbs up to 100W. If using a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch, you can adjust the light intensity.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the fixture, turn off the power and allow it to cool. Wipe the metal parts with a soft, dry cloth. Clean the glass shade with a mild glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Bulb Replacement: Ensure power is off before replacing the bulb. Allow the old bulb to cool completely before removing. Replace with an E26 medium base bulb, not exceeding 100W.
