Setup

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Ensure the motor base is unplugged from the power outlet during assembly.

1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
2. Carefully place the 9-cup Precision Processor Bowl onto the motor base. Rotate clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
3. Select the desired blade or disc assembly. For chopping or pureeing, place the chopping blade onto the drive gear inside the bowl. For dough, use the dough blade. For slicing or shredding, first place the disc adapter, then the reversible slicing & shredding disc onto the adapter.
4. Place the Feed Chute Lid onto the processor bowl, aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the bowl handle. Rotate clockwise until it clicks securely into place. The unit will not operate unless the lid is properly locked.
5. If using the slicing/shredding disc, insert the Pusher into the Feed Chute.
6. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Ninja Professional Plus Food Processor features Auto-iQ Technology with preset programs for common tasks, as well as manual speed controls.

Auto-iQ Programs:

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your food processor.
