Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The charging case supports wireless charging for convenience.

2. Pairing with a Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your smart device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "VerveBuds 800" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, you will hear an audio confirmation, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
The VerveBuds 800 feature automatic connection to your smart device once paired, simply by picking them up from the case.

3. Fitting the Earbuds
Select the earbud tips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. A proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise isolation. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Controls
The VerveBuds 800 feature touch and voice controls for various functions:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud (compatible with Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant).
2. Call Functions
The earbuds utilize dual-mic technology to ensure crystal clear calls. You can answer, end, or reject calls using the touch controls as described above.
3. Mono Mode
You can use either earbud independently as a mono Bluetooth headset. Simply remove one earbud from the case, and it will connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used later.
4. EQ App
Customize your sound profile using the dedicated EQ App. Download the app from your device's app store to access personalized equalizer settings and enhance your listening experience.
5. Water Resistance (IPX4)
The VerveBuds 800 are rated IPX4 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and use in light rain. Note: The charging case is not waterproof.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain hygiene and performance. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the charging case in water.
2. Charging
The earbuds provide approximately 6 hours of playtime on a single charge, with an additional 12 hours provided by the charging case. The charging case takes about 2 hours to fully charge, while the earbuds take about 1 hour.

Always use the supplied USB charging cable. Using non-supplied cables may cause product failure or damage.
3. Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing:
Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid to re-initiate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and forget "VerveBuds 800" if previously paired, then try pairing again.
- No sound from one earbud:
Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing both earbuds back in the case, closing it, and then taking them out again. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the Quick Start Guide for specific reset instructions).
- Poor sound quality:
Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and that you are using the correct size ear tips. Check your device's volume and the EQ settings in the VerveLife app. Ensure there are no obstructions between your device and the earbuds, and that you are within the 33 ft (10m) Bluetooth range.
- Charging issues:
Verify that the USB charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. If using wireless charging, ensure the case is correctly positioned on the wireless charger. Use only the provided USB cable.
