4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the Keyboard
To maintain optimal performance and appearance, regularly clean your Womier K66 keyboard. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps. For stubborn dirt, gently wipe the keycaps and acrylic body with a damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
4.2 Replacing Switches and Keycaps
Thanks to the hot-swappable design, replacing switches and keycaps is straightforward. Use the provided keycap puller to carefully remove keycaps. Then, use the switch puller to remove the Gateron switches. Align new 3-pin or 5-pin switches with the PCB sockets and press firmly until they click into place. Reattach keycaps by pressing them onto the switch stems.
