Featuring an infrared sensor, adjustable liquid volume, a 450ml capacity, and a durable, waterproof design, this dispenser offers a reliable and user-friendly experience. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

2. Safety Information

  • Do not immerse the entire unit in water, despite its IPX7 rating. The top unit with electronics should be protected.
  • Keep out of reach of children unless supervised.
  • Use only recommended liquid soaps or sanitizers. Avoid thick, granular, or abrasive liquids that may clog the dispenser.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.
  • Ensure the charging port is dry before connecting the USB cable.
  • Charge the device using a standard 5V USB power adapter.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the dispenser for at least 3 hours. A full charge can provide approximately 90 days of use.

  1. Locate the USB charging port, usually on the back or bottom of the top unit.
  2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the dispenser and to a standard 5V USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).

5.2 Filling the Dispenser

The dispenser has a 450ml capacity and is suitable for various liquid soaps, hand sanitizers, and disinfectants.

  1. Twist the top unit counter-clockwise to detach it from the liquid bottle.
  2. Carefully pour your desired liquid soap or sanitizer into the bottle. Do not overfill. The enlarged bottle mouth (40mm) makes filling easier and reduces spills.
  3. Align the top unit with the bottle and twist clockwise to secure it. Ensure it is tightly sealed to maintain IPX7 waterproofing.

5.3 Placement

Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface in your desired location (kitchen, bathroom, etc.). Ensure there are no obstructions directly above the sensor area.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (usually located on the top or front) for a few seconds to turn the dispenser on or off. An indicator light will confirm the status.

6.2 Automatic Dispensing

The dispenser uses an infrared sensor for touchless operation.

  1. Place your hand approximately 2-5 cm (1-2 inches) below the nozzle.
  2. The sensor will detect your hand, and liquid will be dispensed automatically within 0.25 seconds.
  3. Remove your hand once the desired amount of liquid is dispensed.

6.3 Adjusting Liquid Volume

The dispenser offers three adjustable liquid volume modes to suit your needs.

  1. Briefly press the power button (or a dedicated volume button if present) to cycle through the three modes.
  2. Each press will change the dispensing volume, indicated by a specific light pattern or number of flashes.
  3. Choose between a small amount, medium output, or a larger quantity.

6.4 LED Night Lights

The dispenser features seven-color LED lights that can act as a night light and encourage hand washing.

  1. To activate or change the light color, refer to the specific instructions in the manual (if a dedicated button or gesture is available).
  2. The lights typically illuminate during operation and can be set to a single color or cycle through colors.
  3. This feature can be disabled if not desired.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Do not rinse the top unit directly under running water.
  • If the nozzle becomes clogged, try dispensing warm water through it.

7.2 Refilling

Refer to section 5.2 for instructions on refilling the liquid bottle.

7.3 Anti-Clogging Design

The dispenser features an anti-clogging design with filters at the end of the pipette and at the air inlet to prolong product life. Regular cleaning and using appropriate liquids will help maintain optimal performance.

8. Troubleshooting
