Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your water cooler. Follow these steps carefully.

Pre-Installation

  • Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level countertop.
  • Allow the unit to stand upright for 24 hours before first use to allow refrigerants to settle.
  • Locate a suitable cold water line connection under your sink.

Connecting to Water Supply

  1. Turn off the cold water supply to your sink.
  2. Use the provided 3/8" adapter with shut-off valve to tap into your cold water line under the sink.
  3. Connect the 1/4" tubing from the installation kit to the adapter.
  4. Route the tubing to the back of the water cooler unit.
  5. Connect the tubing to the water inlet on the back of the unit.

Filter Installation and Flushing

The dual filtration system consists of a Sediment filter (Stage 1) and a Carbon Block filter (Stage 2). These filters are designed to last 6 months or 1500 gallons.

  1. Install the Sediment filter first, followed by the Carbon Block filter, into their respective housings on the unit.
  2. Before initial use, flush the filters using the provided filter flushing adapter. This removes any manufacturing dust or impurities.
  3. Run several gallons of water through the system until the water runs clear and tastes fresh.
