5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Automatic Wire Twister Machine:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
2. Placement: Place the machine on a stable, level, and clean workbench. Ensure adequate space around the machine for operation and ventilation.

6. Operation

1. Use the numeric keypad and arrow buttons to navigate through the display menu.

3. Adjust the twisting speed (S speed) using the control buttons. The speed is continuously adjustable from 300-7500 RPM.
4. Select the spindle direction (positive or negative rotation) as required for your application.
5. Press 'Set' or 'Enter' to confirm your parameters.

6.3. Wire Preparation and Twisting Process

1. Cut Wire: First, cut the wire(s) to the desired length for twisting.
2. Select Die Head: Choose a suitable die head based on the wire stripping size and adjust its length if necessary. The machine can process 1-5 groups of electronic wire simultaneously.
3. Insert Wire: Quickly insert the end of the wire(s) into the strand fixture (die head) of the machine. The clamping force of the fixture is designed to hold wires securely without damage.
4. Initiate Twisting: Press the foot pedal or the 'Start' button on the control panel to begin the twisting process. The machine will twist the wire according to the set parameters.
5. Remove Wire: Once the twisting is complete, quickly pull the twisted wire out of the fixture.

7. Maintenance
