The CASIO G-Shock FROGMAN GWF-A1000-1AJF is an advanced ISO 200m diver-level water resistant watch, part of the MASTER OF G series. Setup

Initial Charging

Your watch is equipped with Tough Solar Power. To ensure optimal performance, expose the watch face to direct sunlight or strong artificial light for several hours before initial use. This will charge the internal Lithium Ion battery.

Smartphone Link (Bluetooth)

1. Download the G-SHOCK Connected app from your smartphone's app store.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions within the G-SHOCK Connected app to pair your watch. This allows for automatic time adjustment, settings configuration, and data transfer.

Multi-Band 6 Atomic Timekeeping

Once paired with your smartphone or in an area with radio wave reception, the watch will automatically receive time calibration signals, ensuring accurate timekeeping across various regions.

Operating Instructions

Basic Timekeeping

The watch displays Home Time and Dual Time in analog format. Refer to the G-SHOCK Connected app for detailed instructions on setting and switching between time zones manually if needed.

Diver Functions

• Tide Information: Access tide data for approximately 3,000 global locations via the G-SHOCK Connected app.
• Dive Time Measurement: The watch is capable of measuring dive times. Consult the full user manual (available via the app or Casio website) for specific operational procedures for dive mode.
• Diving Log Records: View and manage your diving log records efficiently through the G-SHOCK Connected app.

Activity Tracking

The watch can track various activities, including running, swimming, cycling, and weightlifting. Activity data is sent to the G-SHOCK Connected app for detailed analysis and management.

Maintenance

Charging

Regular exposure to light is essential for maintaining the charge of the Tough Solar Power system. Avoid prolonged storage in dark places to prevent battery depletion.

Cleaning

Wipe the watch with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly with fresh water, especially after exposure to saltwater. Ensure all buttons are fully depressed before rinsing.

Water Resistance

The watch is ISO 200m water resistant. This rating is suitable for scuba diving. After diving in saltwater, rinse the watch thoroughly with fresh water and dry it completely.

Troubleshooting

Watch Not Syncing with Smartphone

• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the G-SHOCK Connected app is running.
• Check if the watch is within range of your smartphone.
• Verify that the watch's battery level is sufficient.
• Try restarting both the watch (if applicable) and the smartphone.

Inaccurate Time Display

• Confirm successful reception of Multi-Band 6 atomic timekeeping signals or a stable Bluetooth connection to your smartphone.
