3. Setup
- Before first use, clean the mixing bowl, pouring shield, dough hook, flat beater, and whisk with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The bowl and attachments are dishwasher-safe.
- Place the mixer body on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the non-slip suction feet are firmly attached to the countertop for stability during operation.
- Lift the mixer head by pushing the tilt-up knob.
- Place the mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Attach the desired accessory (dough hook, flat beater, or whisk) by pushing it upwards into the attachment shaft and turning it slightly until it clicks into place.
- Lower the mixer head by pushing the tilt-up knob and gently guiding the head down until it locks.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
The COOKLEE Stand Mixer features a 10-speed control knob for precise mixing. Always start at a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.

Using the Pouring Shield
The pouring shield helps prevent splashes and allows for easy addition of ingredients during mixing. Simply place it over the mixing bowl before lowering the mixer head.

Recommended Speeds for Attachments:

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

6. Troubleshooting
