3. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for optimal performance. The process involves mounting the outdoor antenna, running the cable to the main booster unit, and positioning the indoor antenna.
3.1 Pre-Installation Check

3.3 Indoor Unit and Antenna Connection
Connect the 60ft RG6 cable from the outdoor antenna to the 'OUTSIDE' port on the signal booster. Then, connect the indoor antenna to the 'INSIDE' port. Finally, plug the power supply into the booster and then into a wall outlet. The booster will power on and begin amplifying the signal.

4. Operating Instructions

6. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your booster, consider the following:
- No Signal Improvement: Ensure the outdoor antenna is pointed correctly towards the nearest cell tower. Verify the distance separation between indoor and outdoor antennas (minimum 20ft horizontal, 13ft vertical). Check for any alarm lights on the booster unit, which indicate oscillation or other issues.
- Oscillation (Alarm Lights On/Blinking): This occurs when the outdoor and indoor antennas are too close or facing each other. Increase the separation distance or adjust the angles of the antennas.
- Limited Coverage Area: The coverage area is directly related to the strength of the outdoor signal. If you have very weak outdoor signal (e.g., less than -110 dBm), the coverage will be limited. Consider relocating the outdoor antenna to a higher point or a location with stronger signal.

- Tree Obstructions: If tall trees are within 100 feet of your house and you cannot find a stable signal above 3 bars, the outdoor antenna may need to be erected higher (60-80% of tree height) to clear obstructions.
