4. Assembly Instructions

Estimated assembly time: 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

Step 1: Assemble the Base

1. Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base. Cover it with the gas lift cover.

Step 2: Attach the Mechanism Plate to the Seat Cushion

1. Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism plate faces the front of the seat cushion.
2. Secure the mechanism plate using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Tighten all screws evenly.

Step 3: Attach the Backrest to the Seat Cushion

1. Align the backrest with the metal brackets on the sides of the seat cushion.
2. Insert and tighten the screws to secure the backrest to the seat cushion.
3. Attach the plastic side covers over the metal brackets and screws.

Step 4: Attach Armrests

1. Attach the armrests to the designated holes on the sides of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.

Step 5: Attach Footrest (if applicable)

1. Slide the footrest assembly into the designated slots under the seat cushion. Ensure it slides smoothly.

Step 6: Connect Seat to Base

1. Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder on the star base. Press down firmly to secure.

Step 7: Attach Pillows

1. Attach the headrest pillow to the top of the backrest using its straps, positioning it for neck support.
2. Attach the lumbar support pillow to the lower backrest using its straps, positioning it for lower back support.

5. Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards. While pulling the lever, lift your weight off the seat to raise the chair, or remain seated to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height.

Backrest Recline

To recline the backrest, pull the lever on the right side of the chair (near the seat) upwards. Lean back to the desired angle (up to 155°). Release the lever to lock the backrest position.

Rocking Function and Tilt Lock

The chair features a 25° rocking function. To enable rocking, pull the lever on the left side of the seat outwards. To disable rocking and lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.

A tension knob under the seat allows you to adjust the resistance of the rocking function. Turn clockwise to increase tension (harder to rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (easier to rock).

Armrest Adjustment

The 2D armrests can be adjusted in height and rotated. To adjust height, press the button on the side of the armrest and move it up or down. Release the button to lock. To rotate, simply twist the armrest pad to the desired angle.

Footrest Operation

To extend the footrest, pull it out from under the seat. To retract, push it back in until it is fully stored under the seat.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the PU leather with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
• Tightening: Periodically check and re-tighten all screws and bolts to ensure stability and safety.
• Casters: Clean casters regularly to remove dust and debris that may hinder smooth movement.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the PU leather to fade or crack.
