Important Safeguards

  • Do not fill above the 'MAX' line or below the 'MIN' line indicated on the kettle.

Setup

  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
  3. Placement: Place the power base on a stable, flat, and dry surface away from the edge of the counter. Ensure the power cord is not dangling or touching hot surfaces.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

  1. Fill the Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of water. Ensure the water level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' indicators on the glass window. Close the lid securely.
  2. Place on Power Base: Position the kettle firmly on its power base.
  3. Start Boiling: Press the On/Off switch located on the handle. The blue LED light will illuminate, indicating that the water is heating. The kettle will automatically shut off once the water reaches a rolling boil.
  4. Use Keep Warm Function: After boiling, if you wish to keep the water warm, press the 'Keep Warm' switch (if available on your model). The green LED light will illuminate, maintaining the water temperature between 122°F/50°C to 158°F/70°C.
  5. Pouring: Carefully lift the kettle from the base and pour the hot water.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DEZIN Electric Kettle.

  1. Daily Cleaning: After each use, unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  2. Interior Cleaning: The interior of the kettle, including the stainless steel bottom and glass, can be cleaned by hand. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  3. Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up, especially in hard water areas. To descale:
