4. Setup and Installation

4.2 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection

The Cameron AMZ20PT camera uses the CamSees app for setup and remote control.

1. Download the CamSees App: Search for "CamSees" in the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and download the application.
2. Create an Account: Open the CamSees app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
3. Add Your Camera:
   • Tap the "+" icon in the app to add a new device.
   • Select your camera model or scan the QR code (if available on the camera or packaging).
   • Follow the in-app prompts to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Live View and Playback

• Open the CamSees app and select your camera from the device list to access the live video feed.
• Use the on-screen controls to pan and tilt the camera to adjust the viewing angle.
• To review recorded footage, navigate to the playback section within the app. You can filter by date and time.

5.2 Two-Way Audio

• While in live view, tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera's speaker.
• Tap the speaker icon to listen to audio from the camera's microphone.
