2. What's in the Box

3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your earbuds and charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the Micro USB cable to the charging port on the case. Connect the other end to a USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status.
3.2 Selecting the Right Ear Tips
For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the ear tips that best fit your ears. The package includes small, medium, and large sizes. Medium ones are pre-installed.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: The earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case to automatically power them off.
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing
The earbuds feature auto-pairing technology. They will automatically pair with your device as soon as you take them out of the case after the initial setup.
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and search for "Boult Audio AirBass Tru5ive Pro".
- Select the device to connect. Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt.
The earbuds can be used separately in monopod feature after successful pairing.

4.3 Controls
The earbuds feature a multifunction button for easy control:
- Play/Pause: Single press on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double press on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double press on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single press on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press on either earbud.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple press on either earbud.

5. Charging
The charging case provides additional charges for your earbuds, extending the total playtime. The case itself is charged via a Micro USB cable.
5.1 Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status of the earbuds.
5.2 Charging the Case
Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source. The LED indicators on the front of the case will illuminate to show the charging progress. A full charge provides up to 36 hours of total playtime with the case.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
6.2 Water Resistance
The earbuds and charging case feature an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and protection against sweat and splashes. However, it is not recommended for swimming or prolonged submersion.

7. Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are removed from the case and are within close proximity to your device. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again.
- Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then remove them. This should reset their connection.
- No sound: Check the volume level on your device and ensure the earbuds are properly connected.
- Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging port is clean and free of debris.
