Setup

Operating Instructions
- Pressurize the Sprayer: With the pump assembly securely in place, pump the handle up and down approximately 10-20 times until resistance is felt and the tank is pressurized. Do not over-pressurize.
- Adjust Nozzle: The nozzle at the end of the spray wand can be adjusted to change the spray pattern from a fine mist to a solid stream. Twist the nozzle tip to achieve the desired pattern.
- Begin Spraying: Point the spray wand towards the target area. Squeeze the trigger on the wand handle to begin spraying. Release the trigger to stop.
- Maintain Pressure: If the spray becomes weak, pump the handle a few more times to restore pressure.
- Release Pressure After Use: CRITICAL: After each use, or before opening the tank, always release all pressure. To do this, pull up on the pressure relief valve (usually a small tab or ring on the pump assembly) until all air has escaped. Alternatively, unscrew the pump assembly slowly to release pressure.
- Empty and Clean: After releasing pressure, empty any remaining liquid from the tank. Rinse the tank, hose, and wand thoroughly with water. Pump clean water through the sprayer to flush out any residue.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Always clean the sprayer thoroughly after each use, especially when switching between different chemicals. Use appropriate cleaning agents if necessary, following chemical manufacturer guidelines.
- Storage: Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Ensure all pressure is released before storage.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the hose, seals, and nozzle for signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace worn parts as needed to maintain optimal performance and prevent leaks.
- Lubrication: Occasionally apply a silicone-based lubricant to the pump's O-rings and seals to ensure smooth operation and extend their lifespan.
