Safety Information

Always adhere to the instructions provided with the liquid concentrates for safe handling and application. Before each use, verify that the hose-end connector is securely attached to your garden hose to prevent leaks and potential injury. To prevent mold and bacterial growth, keep the sprayer clean and dry when not in use. After completing your task, rinse the sprayer thoroughly and store it in a cool, dry location. Never leave the sprayer unattended during operation. Always ensure the sprayer is stored out of reach of children and pets.

Operating Instructions

  1. Turn on Water: Slowly turn on the water from your spigot to a moderate flow.
  2. Select Spray Pattern: Adjust the nozzle at the front of the sprayer to select one of the three available spray patterns: stream, fan, or jet. Choose the pattern most suitable for your application area.
  3. Begin Spraying: Aim the sprayer at the target area and depress the ergonomic trigger to begin spraying. The sprayer will automatically mix the concentrate with water at the selected dilution rate.

  5. Apply Evenly: Move the sprayer steadily to ensure even coverage of the target area.
  6. Finish Spraying: Release the trigger to stop the spray. Turn off the water supply at the spigot.

Maintenance

  • Rinsing After Use: After each use, disconnect the sprayer from the concentrate bottle. Reattach the sprayer head to the hose (without a concentrate bottle) and run clear water through it for 30-60 seconds to flush out any remaining chemicals. This prevents clogging and extends the life of the sprayer.
  • Cleaning: If the sprayer becomes clogged or dirty, disassemble the parts carefully and rinse them with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush to remove any residue. Ensure all parts are thoroughly rinsed with clear water afterward.
  • Storage: Store the clean, dry sprayer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure it is out of reach of children and pets.
  • Winterization: In colder climates, ensure the sprayer is completely drained of water before storing for winter to prevent damage from freezing.

Troubleshooting

  • No Spray or Weak Spray:
    • Check if the water supply is fully open.
    • Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked.
    • Verify that the sprayer is securely attached to the hose and concentrate bottle.
    • Inspect the nozzle for clogs and clean if necessary.
  • Leaking:
    • Tighten all connections (hose to sprayer, sprayer to bottle).
    • Check rubber washers or O-rings for damage and replace if worn.
  • Concentrate Not Mixing/Dispensing:
    • Ensure the dilution dial is set correctly and not on the 'OFF' position.
    • Verify the concentrate bottle is not empty.
    • Check the dip tube inside the concentrate bottle for obstructions.
