Setup Guide

1. Unboxing and Components

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all items listed below are present:

  • 360 S7 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop
  • Charging Dock
  • Power Adapter
  • Water Tank and Mop Pad
  • Cleaning Tool (for brush roll)
  • Side Brushes
  • User Manual (this document)

2. Charging Dock Placement

Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides of the dock and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of it. This allows the robot to easily return for charging.

3. Initial Charging

Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a wall outlet. Place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock. The indicator lights on the robot will illuminate to show it is charging. For first use, allow the robot to fully charge, which typically takes approximately 4-5 hours.

4. App Installation and Connection

Download the "360Robot" app from your mobile device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and connect your 360 S7 Pro to your home Wi-Fi network. Note that the 360 S7 Pro only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and is not compatible with 5GHz networks.

5. Initial Mapping

For optimal performance, allow the robot to complete an initial mapping run of your home without interruption. During this process, the robot uses its LiDAR navigation system to create a detailed map of your floor plan. Ensure all doors to areas you wish to map are open. The robot may return to its charging dock multiple times to recharge during this process. Do not manually move the robot or interrupt its cleaning cycle until it announces "Cleaning is complete!" and returns to the dock on its own.

2. Cleaning Modes

The 360 S7 Pro offers versatile cleaning options:

3. Smart Features via App

Utilize the "360Robot" app to access advanced cleaning functionalities:

  • Virtual Boundaries and No-Go Zones: Draw virtual lines or rectangular zones on the map within the app to restrict the robot from entering specific areas. This is useful for protecting delicate items or preventing access to certain rooms. When mopping, you can set "no-mop zones" to avoid carpets.
  • Selective Room Cleaning: After mapping, the app will divide your home into distinct rooms. You can select specific rooms for cleaning, allowing for targeted cleaning based on your needs.
  • Zone Cleaning: Define a custom area on the map for the robot to clean. This is ideal for cleaning spills or high-traffic spots.
  • Scheduled Cleaning: Set up daily or weekly cleaning schedules for automated cleaning at your preferred times.
  • Suction Power Adjustment: Adjust the suction power from Quiet (600 Pa) to Standard (1000 Pa), Powerful (1500 Pa), or Max (2650 Pa) depending on the cleaning requirements. The robot can automatically increase suction on carpets.

4. Voice Control

The 360 S7 Pro is compatible with Amazon Echo and Google Home. Link your robot vacuum to your smart home assistant through the respective app to control it using voice commands.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your 360 S7 Pro. Always power off the robot before performing any maintenance.

1. Dust Bin Emptying

Empty the dust bin after each cleaning cycle or when the app indicates it is full. To empty, press the dust bin release button, remove the bin, open its lid, and discard the collected debris.

2. Filter Cleaning/Replacement

The robot uses a cloth filter. Tap the filter gently to remove loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, rinse the filter under running water. Ensure the filter is completely dry before reinserting it into the dust bin. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, or as needed, to maintain suction efficiency.

3. Brush Roll Cleaning

Periodically remove the main brush roll and side brushes to clear any tangled hair or debris. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove hair wrapped around the brush roll. Ensure the brushes are free of obstructions for effective cleaning.

4. Water Tank and Mop Pad Maintenance

After mopping, empty any remaining water from the water tank. Remove the mop pad and rinse it thoroughly. Allow both the water tank and mop pad to air dry completely before storing or reattaching.

5. Sensor Cleaning

Wipe the robot's sensors (including cliff sensors, wall sensors, and the LiDAR sensor window) with a clean, dry cloth. Keeping sensors clean is crucial for accurate navigation and obstacle avoidance.
