5. Operating Instructions

To Ignite a Burner:
- Push down the desired control knob and turn it counter-clockwise to the 'Ignite' position (usually marked with a spark symbol or maximum flame).
- Hold the knob down for a few seconds until the burner ignites. The automatic electric ignition will generate sparks.
- Once ignited, release the knob and adjust the flame to your desired cooking level by turning the knob further counter-clockwise for a lower flame or clockwise for a higher flame.
- If the burner does not ignite within 10 seconds, release the knob, wait for one minute, and try again.
To Turn Off a Burner:
- Turn the control knob clockwise until it reaches the 'Off' position. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
