4. Setup Guide

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge both the transmitter and receiver. Use the provided dual charging cable to connect both units to a USB power source. The charging indicator light will be red during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes 2 hours.

4.2 Connecting the Receiver and Transmitter

  1. Plug the receiver into your audio device (e.g., voice amplifier, speaker system, power amplifier). Use the 6.35mm adapter if your device requires it.
  2. Turn on both the receiver and the transmitter. They should automatically pair. The blue indicator light on the receiver will illuminate when connected.
  3. Ensure the receiver is within the 164ft (50m) transmission range of the transmitter for optimal performance.

4.3 Transmitter Installation on Instrument

Attach the transmitter to your instrument using the silicone shock-proof clip. For best sound quality and to minimize key noise, ensure the microphone is positioned at an angle of less than or equal to 45 degrees and a distance of less than or equal to 10cm from the instrument's sound source.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button on both the transmitter and receiver to turn them on or off.

5.2 Adjusting Volume and Frequency

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the transmitter to adjust the volume (displayed as U00-U11 on the LED screen). To change the frequency channel (C00-C39), refer to the digital screen. This can help in avoiding interference when using multiple units or in crowded wireless environments.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Battery Care

  • Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging to prolong its lifespan.
  • If storing the device for an extended period, charge it to about 50% every few months.

6.2 Cleaning

  • Wipe the microphone and receiver with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.3 Storage

Store the microphone system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it away from fire sources or any overheating environment.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound/Weak Signal:
    • Ensure both transmitter and receiver are fully charged and powered on.
    • Check that the receiver is securely plugged into the audio input of your device.
    • Verify that the volume on the transmitter (U00-U11) is set appropriately.
    • Confirm that the transmitter and receiver are paired. If not, power cycle both units.
    • Reduce the distance between the transmitter and receiver, ensuring no major obstructions.
  • Interference/Noise:
    • Change the frequency channel on the transmitter to find a clearer signal (refer to section 5.2).
    • Ensure the microphone is installed correctly on the instrument, maintaining the recommended angle and distance to minimize mechanical noise (refer to section 4.3).
    • Move away from other wireless devices or strong electromagnetic fields that might cause interference.
  • Device Compatibility:
    • Note that this microphone system does not support direct connection to Macbooks, laptops, PCs, or mobile phones. It is designed for use with PA systems, amplifiers, and speakers.
    • Ensure your audio device has a compatible 3.5mm or 6.35mm input jack.
