3. Setup and Assembly
Unpack all components and ensure all parts are present before beginning assembly. Refer to the included hardware pack and assembly diagram.
3.1 Required Tools
- Adjustable wrench
- Allen keys (usually included)
- Screwdriver
3.2 Assembly Steps
- Attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers.
- Secure the upright post to the main frame.
- Connect the resistance cable and sensor wire from the main frame to the upright post.
- Install the handlebars and pedal arms. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Mount the LCD console onto the upright post and connect the sensor wires.
- Insert batteries into the LCD console (if applicable).

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Console Functions

The LCD console displays various workout data:
- TIME: Duration of your workout.
- SPEED: Current speed.
- DISTANCE: Total distance covered.
- CALORIES: Estimated calories burned.
- PULSE: Heart rate (if equipped with pulse sensors on handlebars).
Use the MODE button to cycle through display functions. Press RESET to clear all workout data.
4.2 Adjusting Resistance

The elliptical features a manual magnetic resistance system. To adjust the workout intensity, turn the tension knob located on the upright post. Turn clockwise for higher resistance, and counter-clockwise for lower resistance.
4.3 Starting a Workout
- Step onto the pedals, ensuring your feet are centered and secure.
- Grasp the handlebars firmly.
- Begin pedaling in a smooth, elliptical motion. The console will automatically activate.
- Adjust resistance as desired using the tension knob.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your elliptical trainer.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the equipment with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Lubrication: Periodically check moving parts for friction. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to pivot points if squeaking occurs.
- Inspection: Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tight. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Storage: Store the elliptical in a dry, clean environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
