Setup
- Unpack the Scale: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Remove Protective Film: Before first use, detach the blue protective film from the stainless steel weighing platform.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To turn the scale ON, press the ON/OFF button briefly. The LCD display will light up and show "0".
- To turn the scale OFF, press and hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds until the display turns off. The scale will also automatically shut off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.
2. Unit Conversion
The scale supports multiple units of measurement. You can switch between them by pressing the UNIT button.
- Available units include: grams (g), pounds (lb), ounces (oz), kilograms (kg), milliliters (ml for water), and milliliters (ml for milk).
- Press the UNIT button repeatedly to cycle through the available units until your desired unit is displayed.

3. Tare Function
The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container or previously added ingredients, enabling you to measure subsequent items accurately.
- Place an empty container (e.g., a bowl or plate) on the weighing platform. The display will show its weight.
- Press the Z/T button. The display will reset to "0", effectively subtracting the container's weight.
- Add the ingredients you wish to weigh into the container. The display will now show only the net weight of the ingredients.
