4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials, including foam and tape. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to your dealer.
4.2 Placement
Place the froster on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 125 lbs). Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum of 4 inches of clearance from walls or other objects on all sides to allow for proper airflow and heat dissipation. The exterior dimensions are 26.4" W x 26.4" D x 34.25" H.

4.3 Caster Installation
Attach the included wheels (casters) to the bottom of the unit. Ensure they are securely fastened to allow for easy movement and positioning.
4.4 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean the interior and exterior of the froster with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4.5 Power Connection
After placement and cleaning, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it into a grounded 110 Volt electrical outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle, preventing potential compressor damage.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On
Once plugged in, locate the power switch, typically on the front or side of the unit, and turn it to the 'ON' position. The unit will begin to cool.
5.2 Temperature Control
The froster features a digital temperature control system. The factory preset temperature is 0°F, which is ideal for froster operation. Refer to the digital controller's specific instructions for adjusting the temperature if necessary.
5.3 Loading the Froster
Open the sliding top lids to access the interior. Arrange glassware or plates on the internal racks. The unit has a capacity for approximately (90) 8" mugs or (85) 10 oz. steins. Avoid overfilling to ensure proper air circulation and efficient frosting.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Interior and Exterior
Regular cleaning is crucial for hygiene and optimal performance. Unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a soft cloth with a mild, non-abrasive detergent and warm water to clean all surfaces. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or sharp objects that could damage the stainless steel finish or interior components.
6.2 Automatic Defrost System
This unit is equipped with an automatic defrost system. This means that frost buildup on the evaporator coils is periodically melted and drained away. No manual defrosting is typically required. Ensure the drain line is clear and unobstructed to prevent water accumulation.
6.3 Condenser Coil Cleaning
Periodically clean the condenser coils located at the rear of the unit. Dust and debris can accumulate on the coils, reducing cooling efficiency and increasing energy consumption. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to gently remove any buildup. Ensure the unit is unplugged before performing this task.
7. Troubleshooting
Before contacting service, check the following common issues:
