Setup

1. Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the back of the charging case and to a power source.

The LED indicators on the case will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

2. Pairing with a Device (Fast Pair)

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet).
Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
For Android devices, a Fast Pair notification will appear on your screen. Tap to connect.
For other devices, go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "JBL Tune 125TWS" from the list of available devices.

3. Selecting Eartips

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the eartips that provide the best seal in your ear canal. Experiment with the different sizes (S, M, L) provided.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Power On: Open the charging case, or remove the earbuds from the case. They will power on automatically.
Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically.

Controls

The JBL Tune 125TWS earbuds feature physical buttons for control. The specific functions may vary slightly depending on whether you are using one or both earbuds (Dual Connect).

Dual Connect

The Dual Connect feature allows you to use either the left or right earbud independently for calls or music. If one earbud is placed back in the case, the other will continue to function. This also allows you to charge one earbud while using the other.

Voice Assistant

Activate your device's native voice assistant (e.g., Google Assistant, Siri) by pressing and holding the button on either earbud for 2 seconds, or by triple-pressing the right earbud button.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the eartips and charging contacts, with a dry, soft cotton swab.
Ensure no moisture enters the charging port or earbud openings.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Storage

When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and ensure they remain charged.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and charging case frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

No Sound / Cannot Pair	Earbuds not in pairing mode, Bluetooth off, low battery, interference.	Ensure earbuds are charged and out of the case. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Forget "JBL Tune 125TWS" in your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pair. Turn off Bluetooth on your device for a few minutes, then turn it back on.
One Earbud Not Working	Low battery, connection issue, earbud not seated correctly in case.	Place both earbuds back in the case, close, then reopen. Ensure charging contacts are clean. Check battery level of both earbuds.
Poor Sound Quality	Incorrect eartip size, improper fit, low battery.	Try different eartip sizes for a better seal. Adjust earbud position in your ear. Ensure earbuds are fully charged.
