2. Safety Precautions

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the preheating station from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper airflow.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the provided power cord to the power input socket on the rear of the unit and then to a grounded 110V AC power outlet.
  4. Initial Inspection: Verify that the power switch is in the "OFF" position before connecting to power.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Flip the "ON/OFF" switch to the "ON" position. The digital display will illuminate, showing the current temperature.
  2. Set Temperature: Rotate the "SET TEMPERATURE" knob to adjust the desired preheating temperature. The digital display will show the set temperature. The unit will begin heating to reach this target.
  3. Monitor Temperature: The "ACTUAL TEMPERATURE" indicator will show the current temperature of the heating plate. Use the included thermometer to verify the PCB temperature if precise monitoring is required.
  4. Place PCB: Once the desired temperature is reached, carefully place the PCB onto the heating area, securing it with the adjustable grippers if necessary.
  5. Preheating Process: Allow the PCB to preheat to the required temperature. The infrared ceramic heating body ensures uniform heating across the 130x130mm area.
  6. Power Off: After use, turn the "ON/OFF" switch to the "OFF" position. Allow the unit to cool down completely before handling or storing.
