The HP100S can be recharged using the included Type-C home charger, a car USB port, or a compatible USB port on a solar panel.

  1. Connect the Type-C charging cable to the Type-C input port on the HP100S.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable power source (e.g., wall adapter, car USB port, solar panel USB port).
  3. The display screen will indicate the charging status.

For car jump-starting, ensure the power bank is charged to more than 50% capacity.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Jump Starting Your Car

The EnginStar HP100S can safely jump start 12V cars. Ensure the power bank has at least 50% charge before attempting to jump start a vehicle.

  1. Plug the jumper cables into the EC port on the EnginStar HP100S.
  2. Attach the jumper cable clamps to the car battery terminals:
    • Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal (+).
    • Connect the black clamp to the negative terminal (-).
  3. Start your car.
  4. Immediately disconnect the jumper cable clamps from your car battery within 10 seconds after the car starts.

6.2 Charging Your Laptop (AC Output)

The HP100S can power most laptops with its 100W max AC output.

  1. Plug your laptop's power adapter into the built-in AC outlet on the HP100S.
  2. Press the POWER button to turn on the device.
  3. Then, press the AC button to activate the AC output.

6.3 Charging Electronic Devices (USB and DC Output)

Charge your smartphones, tablets, and other USB or DC 12V compatible devices.

  1. Connect your device to the appropriate USB or DC12V output port on the HP100S.
  2. Press the POWER button to activate the outputs.

  • To turn the flashlight ON/OFF, long press the POWER button.
